FieldTender Presence ("we," "us," or "our") operates fieldtender.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly when you fill out our intake form or contact us by email:
- Name and business name
- Email address and phone number
- Business address and service area
- Trade type and any other details you share about your business
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. This is collected through Cloudflare's infrastructure and is used solely for security and performance purposes.
How we use your information
- To build and deliver your website and Google Business Profile
- To communicate with you about your project, billing, and support
- To send occasional service-related updates (no marketing without consent)
- To fulfill our obligations under our service agreement with you
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Third-party services
To deliver our service, we work with the following providers:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, DNS, and security
- Google — Google Business Profile creation and management
- Stripe — payment processing (we never see or store your full card number)
Each provider has its own privacy policy and data practices. We only share the minimum information each provider needs to perform their function.
Your domain and content
Your domain is registered in your name on your own Cloudflare account. All website content we create for you belongs to you. We do not retain ownership of any of your business data or website assets.
Data retention
We retain your contact and project information for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward for billing and legal recordkeeping purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@fieldtender.com.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Cloudflare may set a technically necessary security cookie (__cf_bm) as part of its bot-protection infrastructure. No personal data is collected through cookies.
Children's privacy
Our service is intended for business owners 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll notify active clients by email. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
